Korean Spirit 2006 began with the purpse to give opportunities for foreigners including overseas Korean youths to learn Korean as well as experience Korean culture starting from 1997 and has been held every year since then.This year, Korean Spirit 2006 will be held on June 26, July 10, and July 24 respectively for 12 days. Overseas Korean youths and international students from 30 countries such as US, Canada, UK, Japan will gather to participate in this program.Participants can enjoy a variety of programs such as learning Korean language (Hangul), experiencing Korean traditional and modern culture, training at the Marine Corps camp, and visiting famous tourist attractions from the Unification View Point (DMZ) to the Korean Folk Village.
